Invocation to Higher

Invocation to Higher Self & Spirit Guides

“Beloved guides, higher self, and Source of all love — I call you close.

If silence surrounds me, let me feel your presence in warmth, in breath, in stillness.

I release the belief that I am being punished. I release the story of penance.

I accept instead that my path is refinement, not punishment.

Show me how to trust without breaking.
Show me how to receive without waiting in pain.

Surround me in the knowing that I am worthy, I am guided, and I am never alone.”

Declaration Ritual: I Am Ready for Joy

Prepare Your Space

Light a candle (gold or white if possible). Place a journal or piece of paper nearby. Hold a stone, crystal, or object that feels grounding.

Center Yourself

Hand on heart, hand on belly. Take 3 deep breaths. Whisper: ‘I call my higher self and guides to witness this declaration.’

Release the Old

Say: ‘I honor the lessons I have lived. I acknowledge the strength, wisdom, and compassion they gave me. I declare that I no longer need suffering to grow.’ If it feels right, write: ‘The lesson of ____ is complete.’ Repeat for each major pattern. Fold the paper and place it under the candle.

Claim Your Joy

Say: ‘I declare that I am ready for happiness, love, and abundance. I am worthy of ease and joy. From this day forward, may my path reflect completion and fulfillment.’ Visualize golden light filling your body.

Seal the Declaration

Place your grounding object over your heart. Whisper three times: ‘It is done.’ Blow out the candle. Keep the object somewhere visible as a reminder of your declaration.
Gentle Affirmation

Gentle Affirmation Ritual for Exhaustion

Gather
A small bowl of cool water, a candle (unlit), and a soft cloth or scarf.

Set the Intention
Sit quietly and whisper: ‘Spirit, I have been forged enough. I am not asking for more fire. I ask now for soothing, for peace, for ease.’

The Cooling Touch
Dip your fingers into the water. Gently touch your forehead, heart, and hands. Whisper: ‘I cool the fire within me. I release the burn. I welcome comfort and peace.’

Wrap Yourself in Safety
Place the cloth or scarf around your shoulders like a gentle embrace. Say: ‘I am no longer being tested. I am being held.’

Affirmation
Repeat softly three times: ‘I am ready to be soothed. I am ready to be nourished. I am ready to be loved.’

Closing
Leave the candle unlit as a symbol: ‘No more fire right now.’ Pour the water into the earth as an offering of release.

Containment Ritual for Loneliness

Create a Safe Space
Sit somewhere quiet. Light a candle or hold a soft object (pillow, blanket, or stone) to symbolize comfort.

Circle of Light
Close your eyes and imagine a circle of soft golden light around you. This circle is your sanctuary — no judgment, no rejection, only safety.

Hold the Feeling
Place your hands on your heart and whisper: ‘Loneliness, I see you. You are allowed to be here, but you are not all of me.’

Containment Visualization
Imagine placing the loneliness into a small vessel (a bowl, jar, or box) inside the circle of light. It is held safely — not erased, but not overwhelming you.

Affirmation
Say: ‘I am not alone in spirit. I am connected to love, even if it has not yet taken form in my life.’

Close the Ritual
Blow out the candle (if lit) and thank yourself for creating space. Keep the vessel in your mind’s eye as a container — you can return to it whenever the loneliness feels too big.
