Sonni Wong
Self-Worth Recalibration Specialist | Certified Hypnotherapist & RTT® Practitioner
Hi, I’m Sonni.
I’m a Self-Worth Recalibration Specialist and a Certified Hypnotherapist — but before that, I was someone who spent years feeling invisible, unprotected, and emotionally alone. I worked hard, I succeeded, I showed up for everyone… and still carried the quiet ache of never feeling truly loved, seen, or cared for.
Like many of the people I help now, I learned to survive by pushing through. Performing. Achieving. Staying resilient. Being the rock.
The truth is:
You can look successful on the outside and still feel disconnected from your own life.
My life didn’t fall apart all at once—it fell apart quietly, through betrayal, disappointment, loneliness, and the realization that some of the people I trusted could not show up for me in the way I had shown up for them.
There was a wound beneath the surface—a lifetime of not feeling chosen, valued, or loved.
And I knew I had a choice:
Break down…or break open.
Hypnotherapy was the first time I felt the pain begin to move—not simply be managed, denied, or discussed, but understood and released in a new way. It helped me trace beliefs I hadn’t realized were shaping my life:
Those beliefs weren’t personality traits.
They were survival strategies.
And as I began to change those beliefs, my relationship with myself—and with my life—began to change too.
I became a Hypnotherapist because I know what it’s like to:
I know the quiet pain of feeling alone in a room full of people.
I know the heartbreak of showing up for others and not feeling protected in return.
I know what it’s like to lose yourself trying to be what everyone else needs.
And I know how much courage it can take to find your way back to yourself—and how meaningful it is to have support along the way.
You shouldn’t have to do that alone.

We’re looking to change 1 billion lives. And you could be a part of it.
Many of these beliefs develop through earlier experiences and may relate to safety, love, worth, belonging, identity, and personal power.
Through focused relaxation, regression, and belief work, we explore the meaning you attached to those experiences and begin creating space for something different.
This process may support:
Long-held patterns can feel deeply familiar, but they do not have to determine what comes next.
This is gentle.
It’s safe.
And it reaches the parts of you that talk, logic, and coping can’t touch.
The process is designed to be gentle, collaborative, and supportive. Your comfort and consent remain central throughout.
By engaging subconscious patterns, it offers a way to work beyond conscious analysis and explore what logic alone may not have shifted.
Radiance Recalibration is designed for people who carry significant responsibility—including professionals in finance, law, business, and medicine—who may have learned to set their own feelings and needs aside in order to keep performing.
It may also resonate with people who grew up where love felt conditional, unpredictable, or absent.
Others may simply be tired of surviving and ready to explore what feeling more fully alive could mean for them.
If you have spent years being strong, holding everything together, or pretending you were fine, this work may be a meaningful fit for you.
You do not need a dramatic story. What matters is a willingness to participate, curiosity about what may be keeping you stuck, and a desire for something to change.
I believe healing is not becoming someone new.
It’s remembering who you were before life taught you to forget.
You are not too broken.
You are not too late.
You are not too complicated to be understood.
And you are someone who deserves to feel loved and cherished— not for what you do, but simply because you exist.
You don’t have to collapse to be worthy of support.
You don’t have to earn rest, love, or peace.
And you don’t have to find your way back to yourself alone.
When you’re ready, we can begin with a conversation.
