Can anyone be hypnotized?

Yes — most people can experience hypnosis as long as they are willing, open, and able to follow gentle guided focus. Hypnosis is a collaborative process, not something done to you. You remain conscious, aware, and in choice the entire time.

No. In therapeutic hypnosis, you are never out of control — you are aware of your surroundings, able to speak, and able to stop at any moment.
Your subconscious is designed to protect you, not expose you.

Your safety is a priority.
Hypnotherapy does not require you to relive trauma, re-experience pain, or disclose details you are not comfortable sharing.  You have the chance to review experiences, not relive them. We work with emotions, beliefs, and meaning, not forced memory recall.  If your subconscious feels something is not necessary, it will not bring it forward — and we can still create transformation.

You do not have to fully believe in hypnosis — simply be open and willing. Hypnosis is a natural brain state, similar to focused meditation or deep visualization, and it works even for analytical or skeptical clients.

This depends on your goals and the depth of subconscious work desired.
Many clients notice meaningful changes in 1–3 sessions, and deeper identity-level transformation typically occurs over 6–12 weeks.
This is why I offer tiered programs, moving from reset → renewal → reclamation → restoration.  We may decide additional sessions are needed after additional issues come up that need to be addressed.  Together we will come up with the perfect plan for you.  It’s individual based on your needs.

That is honored, never rushed, and never judged.
Your emotions are evidence of release, not failure.
We use grounding and integration work to ensure closure, containment, and safety before the session ends.

Yes — for many people, it is more effective because they are in a familiar, safe, private environment, which decreases resistance and increases subconscious receptivity.

This approach is ideal for emotional patterns connected to:

  • Shame, rejection, or betrayal
  • Identity loss or reinvention
  • Cycles of self-doubt or invisibility
  • Fear of being seen, heard, or chosen
  • Repeating relationship patterns or life patterns
  • Feeling “stuck” after years of trying

This journey is not the right fit if you are:

  • Wanting quick fixes without personal reflection or participation
  • Seeking surface-level mindset coaching or motivational advice only
  • Hoping someone will save, fix, or rescue you
  • Currently navigating active crisis, untreated clinical conditions, or addiction recovery that requires medical or crisis-level treatment
  • Unwilling to explore emotions or internal patterns
  • Looking only for single sessions, “drop-ins,” or temporary relief
  • Attached to staying in the victim role rather than reclaiming personal power
This method honors your story but does not let your story define your future.
