This Privacy Policy explains how Sunrise Consultations collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit this website, communicate with Sunrise Consultations, schedule a consultation, purchase a product, or receive services.
Sunrise Consultations may collect the following categories of personal information:
• Contact and identifying information, such as your name, age, address, email address, telephone number, and emergency-contact information.
• Client and service information, including consultation and intake responses, relevant medical and psychological information voluntarily provided by you, session notes, transformation scripts, reframing materials, personalized recordings, goals, progress information, and communications.
• Scheduling and transaction information, including appointment details, services purchased, payment status, and billing records. Payment-card information may be processed directly by a third-party payment provider and is not stored by Sunrise Consultations.
• Website and technical information that may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, cookies, and website analytics.
Sunrise Consultations may use personal information to communicate with clients, schedule and provide consultations and sessions, assess whether services are appropriate, personalize hypnotherapy services and recordings, process payments, maintain business and client records, respond to questions or concerns, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Handwritten intake notes, printed transformation scripts, reframing materials, and other paper records are stored in a locked cabinet. Digital client records are stored in a password-protected Microsoft OneDrive account.
Sunrise Consultations uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sunrise Consultations generally retains client agreements, intake information, session notes, transformation scripts, reframing materials, and related client records for seven years after the client’s last service, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, insurance, accounting, or dispute-related purposes. Records are then securely destroyed or permanently deleted.
